Second Summer Cycle, which held its first ride in 2023, is a non profit charity cycling event that benefits multiple Cape Cod nonprofits. With safety as our top priority, the ride spans multiple towns and has 4 distances, all of which start and end in the Mid Cape area. A celebration with food trucks and cold brews from Barnstable Brewing await riders, volunteers and their families/friends at the finish.
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong commitment to rider safety. Four distances are being offered, 15, 34, 60, and 101 miles. The start and finish is at beautiful Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth where there will be a Finish Line Celebration from 12PM-5PM, including local beer, food trucks and live music.

A multitude of Cape Cod non-profit organizations will benefit from the monies generated by the riders, each of whom is asked to raise at least $250 for their non-profit of choice, or to be distributed to all participating charities, in addition to the registration fee.
